Don't eat Mexican Food!

Finally we have some pictures, I will wait if you want to scroll down to those first. So Thursday I went to my doctor appt and no progress so we scheduled a c section for Tuesday the 21st because he was still breech. We decided to go to eat on Thursday night to a local Mexican joint, I had heard that Mexican can induce labor but thought nothing of it. While about 3:30 Friday morning I started to feel some cramping, again just thought it was the greasy Mexican food and was able to sleep off and on until 6:30. It wasn't getting much better so I thought if I got up and got ready for work it would quit. While by the time I left to go to work the cramping was about 4 minutes apart. Again, I just thought it was cramping not contractions. I decided once I got to work that maybe I should call the clinic. They told me to come in and so I ran up there quick, still thiking this would go away. While what do you know I was in labor! Mike met me at home and we headed to the hospital, they of course would not give me hardly any medication since I was suposse to have a c section. While let me tell you this labor stuff is not so much fun I was so ready for the spinal block. Finally 5 hours later they were ready for us! We had to wait on a baby being delivered down the hall, I was getting to the point where I was going to walk down there and tell that woman to push a little harder! But we made it and at 1:34 Thatcher Mark was born.
He weighs 6lbs 8 oz and is 19 3/4 inches wrong. I thought they got the weight wrong but no I just had a small baby. He already has a temper which is great, I can't imagine where he gets that from. Everyone is doing great, we are healthy and just enjoying our little family! I
am not sure if it was the version on Monday or the Mexican on Thursday but out little guy decided to come on his own terms. So be careful when eating Mexican and 38 weeks pregnant!
