We are all doing good and still living in our baby bubble. Thatcher had to go to the clinic for some "New Mom" worries I had the other day and they took his weight. He is a whopping 8 lbs 9 ounces! I was very happy about that. You can tell from his pictures he is starting to get the chubby cheeks. Our sleep pattern is getting a little better and he loves his bouncer. Loves it! He seriously can sleep in that thing for 4 hours. I have had moments of thinking I should put him in there at night. Mike - who is very handy- is trying to figure out how to make his crib vibrate like that bouncer. We would never do it but could you imagine if that worked? We would be able to sleep for hours! Frankie has really adjusted and keeps trying to get Thatcher to throw his toy, he hasn't figured out that just because he has thumbs doesn't mean he can throw his toy- yet.
Thatcher and I are heading to Lincoln this weekend for Brody's third birthday- Third! Gina is going to look for wedding dresses as well. Both of these events makes me feel old, my sweet nephew is three and my baby sister is getting married! Life sure keeps marching on, doesn't it. I am excited to go but nervous to go with just the two of us as Mike has to go home for a graduation. I am sure I will learn something new out of this trip just like I do every day in baby land.
So this is totally not related but I have to share this discover with everyone. We went to McDonald's the other day and did you know they put the nutritional information on the packaging for each item? I will not even begin to tell you the horror of the calorie and fat content that Mike digested! It was shocking! It will make you think twice about what you order there
