Mr. T

Mike is probably going to not be happy with this title but oh well. I sometimes call Thatcher "T" because it is shorter than Thatcher. Mike thinks it is too much like Mr T from the A team - I think we are all old enough to remember the A Team- right? So T is not an official nickname but something I find myself doing, I wouldn't start using it just yet as Mike hasn't warmed up to the idea yet. Some of you may know what I called Thatcher when I was pregnant and I think Mike was going to get violent with me towards the end so we should all be on board if we give him a nickname.
Thatcher is three months old this week and he is getting his own personality. He is quite the ham with his dimples and blue eyes. I would like to think the dimples will be permanent as mine are still sticking around and as for the blue eyes we will have to see. He is a very happy baby and seems to favor his dad right now over me. Mike must look funnier looking than I am :) Or maybe Thatcher thinks the big guy looks like him.

He sometimes fights a nap now days but as you can see the swing has started to make up for how much we paid for it. He is almost sleeping through the night and usually wants fed at 4:30, while that is a good for him it is not so good when our alarm clock goes off an hour later. It will be nice when he can make it that extra hour.

He also very demanding when it is time to eat. He wants his bottle and he wants it now!!! He has discovered his fist and has started eating his fist, his arm and sometimes he figures out his thumb is good to munch on. I was hoping he wouldn't be a thumb sucker but he may end up going that way.

We have our three month pictures this week- the first professional pictures he will have taken. I am super excited. Then this weekend we will go home to see his new baby cousin-Asher. Which happens to rhyme with Thatcher, hmm. Who knows they may both rhyme with Trouble in the future!
*****I always think I am going to make enteries shorter but in the end they are always longer than I intended.
