My Pedestal

So here are the long awaited professional pictures of Thatcher. All in all they were not bad.






Since I have everyone's attention I am going to get on my pedestal a little here and chat about something other than Thatcher (half the time I think I am talking to myself anyway). So the City of Kearney has decided to take this summer to work on every street in Kearney. I really run 3 main routes in Kearney and branch out from those depending on how long I have to run that day. While two out of my three routes are closed for construction. Uugh!!! So frustioning! On Saturday I had to not only run by Casey's as they were making their donuts but now McDonalds- not something you want to do after you have been out for an hour on nothing but half a banana. Am I the only one who notices all the roadwork this summer? The City of Kearney needs to wrap this up - pronto! Although today I saw markings on my third untouched route, I can't wait for that to begin! Okay I feel better, off to clean my house for baptism this weekend. Mike says I act like I am cleaning for the pope -one never knows who will stop by!
