Surprise!!!!!

This past weekend was my mom's 60th Birthday and us kids wanted to make it special for her.  We actually had been talking about throwing her a surprise party since March or April.  It was quite the operation to keep it under wraps.  We had a lot of her work friends helping us out with it so I am shocked that she had no idea what was going on. Plus trying to plan what we needed how to get it into the house and making sure she had that weekend off.
We had Saturday filled up with things to do to make her think that was her birthday weekend activities.  We got up and went to Plainview to look at headstones and then headed to Norfolk for a girls day.  We had lunch at J's - which was very place to eat at.  Then we took her to get pedicures.  We told her we were going to Atkinson to eat  for supper that night as a family.  While we were out the "men" set up everything.  They did a really great job making everything look nice and classy.  They really outdid themselves. 
When we pulled up she could see Mike's parents car parked in the driveway and she wanted to know what they were doing there.  I said "oh they must have just stopped by to see T."  While then she saw more cars and people and she was shocked wondering what we had done.  I still can't believe we pulled off such a great surprise for her.  She had a great turnout and has great friends.  Some of my dad's family came and it was nice to see them. 

It was a great evening and I think everyone had a good time.  It was nice to see that my mom has so many people that support and love her like we do.
