Bad Medicine Prom 1986

I had the chance to go to prom this past weekend.  That is right I went to prom- prom 1986 that is.  My friend Katie had a 1980's Prom Party at her house.  Isn't that the best idea ever? They thought of everything; they painted thier garage wall with the theme, they had a king and queen complete with a thorn, a gymnasium, a cafeteria, a balloon arch, had a snow ball dance, everything from the 80's I never would have thought of.  Here are some pictures for you to get a good laugh at.  I had a hard time getting my hair as big as I wanted it.

Thatcher had his one year check up last week and he weighed 24.4 lbs and was 30 inches long.  For being as tall as he is he still has short legs.  That kid is going to be all torso.  The doctor is still concerned about his ear's and fluid behind his ear drum.  We went and saw an audiologist today and his hearing seems to be fine.  He missed a couple of the noises but he is one and his attention span is limited so we aren't concerned and she wasn't either.  We will see an ENT next Monday to see what they want to do.  He really has no problems with his ear so it kind of takes me by suprised that he has fluid back there.  We will see what the ENT says.  I don't want to jump on the tube bandwagon right now as it seems a little premature.
