My Baby is Two

I still can not wrap my mind around the fact that my child is TWO!  Really, when did this happen?  Did I miss something?

I still remember this day, like it was yesterday.

Then before I knew it I was ranting about him being one!

And now a year later I am in shock that this is my baby!

I will say I enjoy him more and more the older he gets.  Don't get me wrong he can be stubborn, bullheaded, whiny and ornery (sound like anyone?).  But at the same time he is so sweet, so loving, so funny, so smart and chatty.  I enjoy having conversations that I can understand.  There are days I agree to things that i have no idea what I am agreeing too but for the most part we can understand each other.  It seems like Thatcher is right where he should be for being two. He loves his trains,cars,books, kitchen, and Frankie. 

Now I just need to get this kid potty trained!

Here are some pictures from Easter.  With everything going on we just stuck close to home and had a quiet Easter.  Kearney had a "Easter Egg Scramble" on the coldest day of the spring.  It was kind of a waste of time, lets just have you stand around a square we will throw eggs in that square and when I say go you just go get as many as you can.  Not the "hunt" that I wanted but it worked.
