Revised "Two, Two" Party

I know it has been ages since I blogged but life happens and time passes and some things just fall to the side in order to keep the other more important things going and functioning.  I am back tracking to T's birthday because I use this blog as my baby book since I haven't written in his actual baby book since I went back to work after my MATERNITY leave.  That is right, I haven't put a pen to that book in two years.  Judge me if you must but I can't be perfect all the time.
I had planned for months for T's party.  I managed to stumble upon the best concept ever!  A Two, Two party since T is beyond obsessed with Trains and talks about them pretty much nonstop.  I practically broke my arm patting myself on the back for 6 weeks.  Here is a picture of the cake I sent to our favorite bakery.

It was gonna have "Two, Two" written in the smoke stack.  I mean can I be more of a party genius?  You can call me Tori - Tori Spelling - that is if you want.  Party planner extraordinaire (you know maybe if I didn't watch so much TV I could have written this blog a long time ago).
While, we had to cancel the party.  I still wanted T to have a second birthday party so he can look back at pictures and be like "oh, that was my second birthday party".  Adam's lovely mother pulled out a great Thomas the Train cake and the party- though not the way I planned- turned out to be a great birthday for T.
